Things Come On by Joseph Harrington

Things Come On by Joseph Harrington is a collection of hybrid poems. He uses poetry, prose narration, primary documents, dramatic dialogue, and pictures in addition to combining the words “memoir” and “amnesia” to create “amneoir”. Harrington blurs the lines between genres and creates new forms. He combines the Nixon presidency and his mother’s breast cancer. The research put into the poems is annotated in the acknowledgements and the notes section of the book.
